Sections are the building blocks of your one-page website. Each section represents a distinct part of your page — from the opening hero banner to the footer at the bottom. This guide explains how to manage them.
When you open the Sections page, you see a list of all sections that make up your website. Each entry shows the section type and whether it is currently active (visible on your site).
Note: The section type cannot be changed after creation. If you need a different type, delete the section and create a new one.
The order of sections on this page matches the order on your website.
Move a "Call to Action" section directly below your "Services" section to encourage visitors to take action after browsing your offerings.
You can show or hide any section without deleting it.
Temporarily hide your "Team" section while you are still preparing team member content.
Each section type has its own set of content fields. Below is a guide for every available type.
A large, eye-catching banner at the top of your page designed to make a strong first impression.
A nail salon could use "Welcome to Glaze" as the title, "Luxury nail care in the heart of Amsterdam" as the subtitle, and a high-quality photo of the salon interior as the background.
A rotating image carousel that cycles through multiple slides automatically.
Showcase different services — one slide for manicures, another for pedicures, a third for nail art — each with its own background photo and call-to-action button.
A section to tell visitors who you are and what makes your business special.
Describe your salon's story, then add three features such as "Experienced Stylists," "Premium Products," and "Relaxing Atmosphere."
A structured overview of what you offer, with optional pricing per service.

A detailed price list organized into categories, ideal when you have many items to display.
Create a "Women" category containing "Wash & Cut - EUR 35," "Color Treatment - EUR 65," and a "Men" category with "Haircut - EUR 25."

Use this for policy information: "Cancellation Policy," "Gift Cards," "Group Bookings."
A focused section designed to drive visitors toward a specific action.
Title: "Ready for Your New Look?" with a primary button "Book Now" linking to your booking page, and a secondary button "Call Us" linking to your phone number.

The bottom of your website with essential business information and social media links.
Add links to your Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok profiles.
A flexible section for any text content, formatted with a rich text editor.

Display key numbers that highlight your achievements or experience.
"500+ Happy Clients," "10 Years Experience," "15,000 Treatments."
A simple call-to-action encouraging visitors to subscribe to your mailing list.

A visual showcase similar to Gallery, designed for displaying project work or case studies.
Display before-and-after photos of your best work.
A flexible section for advanced users who need to define their own content structure.
Many section types support image uploads. Here are the general steps.
| Section type | Recommended size |
|---|---|
| Hero and slider backgrounds: | 1920x1080 pixels (16:9) or wider |
| Team member photos: | Square (1:1) or portrait (3:4) |
| Gallery and portfolio: | Any size; thumbnails are generated automatically |
| Image + Text sections: | Landscape (4:3 or 3:2) or square |
For sections that accept multiple images (gallery, portfolio, team, slider):
Start with the essentials. A Hero, About, Services, and Contact section is a strong foundation for any business website.
Preview your changes. Use the preview button on the Edit Template page to see how sections look together before publishing.
Use high-quality images. Large, sharp photos make a significant difference in how professional your site looks.
Keep text concise. Visitors scan one-page websites quickly. Short, clear copy works best.
Deactivate instead of deleting. If you are unsure about removing a section, toggle it off first. You can always bring it back.
